Recruiting Coordinator

Our client is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to their growing team. This is a full-time role with flexible hours. Apply to this opportunity today.

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $18 - 21/Hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Interact with passive candidates through relationship building, social media, complex internet and job board searches, and talent pool database searching
  • Develops and executes sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers including presentation of candidates and soliciting status updates
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. Applicant Pool, Ceridian Dayforce, UltiPro)

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year+ of creative sourcing/recruiting
  • Experience with posting job description on all platforms
  • Required Software: Applicant Tracking System or HRIS
