HR Coordinator

Our client, a large international finance corporation is looking to add a talented HR Coordinator to their growing team. The office is located in Midtown Manhattan, and currently operates on a hybrid schedule. This position offers a great opportunity to advance in HR, and offers a competitive salary with great benefits

Salary $55000 - $65000 / Year

Schedule: M-F 9am-5 pm (Hybrid)

Location : Midtown Manhattan

  • The ideal candidate will manage the daily support needs of the team and therefore should demonstrate fantastic attention to detail, organization skills, hold a best-in-class service mindset and be an excellent team player
  • Produce offer letters for new joiners and support with the onboarding process
  • Answers routine inquiries professionally, accurately, and completely, and refers non-routine inquiries to appropriate HR colleague
  • Participates in special projects as requested, and ensures all assigned tasks are completed timely
  • Perform daily HR administrative tasks such as employment verifications, background checks, reference checks, unemployment cases, and garnishment requests
  • Assist with managing any FMLA, Disability, or PFL cases with insurance brokers and employees
  • Manage onboarding and contract maintenance process for Independent Contractors
  • Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions
  • Supporting Performance Process
  • Supporting with Employment Engagement Survey
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft office or equivalent software
  • HRIS experience
  • Must be fully Vaccinated
