Addison Group’s client is seeking Customer Care Representatives join their team in Washington DC! The pay-rate is $15-16/hour. This is a contract position. This position currently hybrid! The organization offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Respond to customer questions regarding a wide range of topics
- Resolve minor technological issues
- Implement performance tracking techniques
- Work closely with your team to improve customer service
Qualifications:
- Must be empathetic towards customer complaints and concerns
- Must have an interest in personal finance
- Impeccable communication skills
- Innovative technological skills
- Ability to track progress on multiple projects
- Data experience is a plus
- Background in customer relations
- Degree in Business-related field is a plus
