Addison Group’s client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team in Washington DC! The pay-rate is $17-18/hour. This is a contract position. This position currently hybrid! The organization offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Perform full life-cycle recruitment duties
  • Review and source candidates, utilize job boards, conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, track onboarding, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure their hiring needs are met in a timely manner
  • Be proactive and creative in sourcing qualified candidates
  • Accurately evaluate candidates based on hiring needs
  • Manage candidates via applicant tracking system
  • Provide top-notch customer service to both candidates and managers
  • Provide data and hiring reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant recruiting experience
  • Impeccable communication, networking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • General knowledge of staffing procedures
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system
  • Must be willing to work proactively and take initiative
