Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client based in San Antonio, Texas. This position pays up to $21 per hour depending on previous experience. Please reach out to us today to discuss this opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Perform a high volume of data entry
- Manage and prepare all invoices, daily, and route for approvals
- Perform accounts payable reporting and analysis, monthly
- Responsible for weekly check runs
- Manage and verify all expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Distribute invoices and gather approvals from managers
- Research discrepancies with vendor statements and past due invoices
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external vendors
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to adapt in a high-volume environment, with minimal supervision
