- HR Assistant assists with new hire orientation
- HR Assistant updates employee information
- HR Assistant assists with coordinating candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
- HR Assistant coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
- HR Assistant prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- HR Assistant must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- HR Assistant must have experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
- HR Assistant must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- HR Assistant must have a strong attention to detail
