An Addison Group client is looking for several Customer Service reps to join their team out of Mt. Laurel, NJ. This is a contract role targeting $17-18/hr. 

Responsibilities
  • Call prospects from the provided data base using our automated dialer system
  • Deliver prepared questions and explain our services
  • Learn customer needs and adjust sales pitch accordingly
  • Overcome any objections from prospective customers to close the deal
  • Input customer details on paper application and internal computer system
  • Verify customer information is correct on all forms
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing daily and weekly performance objectives
  • Comply with our business policies and procedures
